Financial Aid (Fund For Access) - Music Programs

Financial Aid (Fund For Access)

Please enroll in this course to apply for financial aid.  To enroll, click "Register Now".  You will be asked questions related to your application when you check out. 

When you have completed your enrollment, please upload a copy of your supplemental financial documentation to the student account, or mail it to:

Supplemental financial information may include:
Your most recent U.S. Tax Form (eg. 1040A) - preferred
A copy of your W2
Proof of Unemployment (eg. Statement of Benefits)
Proof of Social Security (eg. Statement of Benefits)

You can upload supplemental financial information on your existing student account by logging in, selecting "Student Documents", and uploading files.

New private lesson students should also complete and return a placement form:

Please note: this application is for music students only. Dance students should complete a paper FFA application, available on the HCD website.
